Scenarios

  1. Mary works stocking shampoo on the shelves in a drug store. She has been having trouble because a co-worker is always calling her names like slowpoke or tubby. Today she wants to tell him that this hurts her feelings and she would like him to stop
  2. John works in an autobody shop. He notices that the boss watches him more than any of the other workers. He often sees him inspecting his work very closely and he thinks that he is waiting for him to make a mistake. The last time he found one he made a big deal out of it and made John think that he was going to fire him for a small mistake. Other workers have made a lot worse mistakes and nothing was said.
  3. Megan works entering data on a computer. One day last week when she came to work someone left a sign on her screen with a cartoon picture making fun of her size. She felt like crying and was really hurt that someone would do this. This was not the first time this kind of thing had happened to her.
